Taken is a great movie full of action, suspense, and emotion. A man who missed his daughters youth attempts to make up for lost times when his daughter is kidnapped and it is up to him to save her life. We follow a desperate man as he stops at nothing to find his daughter and bring her home safe, even if it means taking others lives. I give taken 3 out of 5 stars. The movie although it has a great plot and setup sometimes feels repetitive. Over and over again we see the father fighting and chasing the bad guys only to fill time. Overall the movie was a good watch but could have been better. I would recommend others to rent this movie but I would not buy the dvd.
This movie is one that you will want to watch over and over again. The movie leaves you wanting more and creates anticipation for the second but yet has the makings of a classic movie. I give this movie 5 stars and a MUST SEE rating.
What appears to be another dumb comedy about a few buddies getting trashed and forgeting what happened the night before, is actually allot more. The writers managed to take a typical dumb comedy and make a classic that has many bumps and surprises that keep you entertained for the full length of the film.
I would place this movie in my top 40 movies of all time. Along with a great plot, it has memorable lines that you will find yourself quoting for a long time.
This movie was amazing and well made. Clint Eastwood did an amazing job in creating the character. This movie gets 5 stars.
